Orifall: Next Generations Build for Minecraft 1.21.1

Orifall: Next Generations is an industry-focused modpack built around the Oritech mod. You start with a first makeshift generator and end with a factory that mines, smelts, crafts and sorts on its own. Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge, 183 mods, about 0.6 GB on disk.

Energy

It all starts with electricity. You place generators, run wires, build energy storage — and once again hit a power shortage, because every new machine demands more than the last. You have to keep growing: from simple generators to a serious power grid for the whole base.

Automation

Manual labor runs out quickly. Conveyors, assembly robots and item logistics take over mining, crafting and sorting, while Refined Storage 2 gathers all resources into a single digital network with autocrafting. Recipes in the modpack have been reworked, and production forms one long chain where each link feeds the next.

Quests

So you don't drown in machines, the quest book guides you from the very beginning to the final goal: it tells you what to build next and which resources you'll need. Separate branches — OriTech, Refined Storage 2, Technologist, Farmer, Warrior and Weaponsmith, plus automation challenges and a shop where you spend the coins you earn.

Combat

TACZ firearms are not a cheat code here: the balance is built for hardcore, and a rifle only improves your chances. Ammo and weapons are built into the overall progression — you literally produce them in your factory. And outside, mutants, glowing monsters, empowered mobs and bosses await.
