About the Combat Pack modpack
Minecraft is a game of progression, starting with simple tools and weapons, and continuing to diamond materials. After working hard to get all diamond materials, the game's weapon progression stops. With this in mind, this pack add in new weapons (specifically guns) so that you can continue to fight through the night and keep the monsters at bay. We've also added in MC Heli, for faster transport through worlds. Finally to build your new military fortress, we've added in Chisel 2, so that player can build with cool creative blocks.
lptm0ric and dmf444 periodically work together and release modded maps. Our first one, Modded Nail, but finding a place to host a small modpack was impossible. Thanks to the curse launcher, we've been able to host the modpack here. Because this pack is also small, it works semi-well for destructive maps, destroying things in Minecraft or all out wars against other players.

How to install Combat Pack
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the modpack for Minecraft 1.7.10 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the modpack archive
In the version list above, pick the file Combat Pack-1.2.3.zip (65 MB).
Import it into a launcher
A launcher that supports modpacks (Millida Launcher, Prism) takes the archive via “Add modpack”, then “From file”. No need to unpack it yourself.
Allocate memory
Modpacks need more memory than the plain game: set 4–6 GB in the profile settings.

Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Invite friends: they install the same modpack
To join the server, every player needs the same modpack version.
Minecraft 1.7.10 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Only Minecraft 1.7.10: there are no files for other versions.
Which Java does Combat Pack need?
Minecraft 1.7.10 runs on Java 8. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
