NeoForgeThermoo - Temperature and Environment API
Thermoo is a temperature and environment library mod for Minecraft. It is meant to help provide compatibility between mods and datapacks that use temperature as a core mechanic, such as Frostiful or Scorchful. Using this mod on its own will have no gameplay or visual effects. It is designed to be used by Mods written in both Java and Kotlin, as well as Datapacks through Commands and other registries.

Configs for Modpack Authors
By itself, Thermoo should have no impact on your game. However, other mods may be installed that rely on features of Thermoo such as temperature effects and freezing. I would also recommend checking out the API Overview section of the wiki if you want to configure those mods.

License and Porting
Thermoo is licensed under LGPL-3.0. It is a mod developed primarily for the Fabric and Quilt mod loaders, with limited Neoforge support. Old versions of Minecraft will only be supported according to the LTS Policy. I have no plans to port to other loaders such as LexForge or Bukkit.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 26.1–26.1.2 on Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt automatically, together with its dependencies: Cardinal Components API, Fabric API, Dependency.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.1.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file thermoo-fabric-10.1.5.jar (641 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Cardinal Components API, Fabric API, Dependency.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Thermoo should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 26.1.2.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.

There are files for 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1. The newest is 26.1.2.
Is Thermoo for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 26.1–26.1.2, for NeoForge: 26.1–26.1.2 and for Quilt: 26.1–26.1.2. There are no files for Forge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Thermoo need to work?
Required: Cardinal Components API, Fabric API, Dependency. Without them the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder. Optional: Dependency.
Does Thermoo work on a server?
Yes. Thermoo works both in singleplayer and on a server.
