Early Look:
Terramity is a forge mod inspired by progression-heavy games like Terraria, and aims to solve the problem with the lack of things to do in Minecraft if you tend to get bored quickly.
Many new bosses, weapons, accessories (via the Curios mod), and structures to explore are added to diversify the playing experience. The mod comes a Patchouli guidebook that serves as an in-game wiki and a way to know what to do next without googling all the time.
Terramity attempts to also explore the underutilized facets of vanilla, and touches on them to give them more purpose in your Minecraft playthrough, such as sniffers and bees. Multiplayer is a focus, and Terramity adds multiplayer boss health scaling, making the multiplayer experience more balanced and enjoyable.

This mod requires Curios, Patchouli, Geckolib, and Caelus API.
Please note that while the mod may be released, not everything is finished. There may still be some bugs that need ironed out. As of now, please DM me on discord (@aurukel) to report bugs. A discord server or github will likely be opened soon!

Nope, sorry.
-Will this mod be ported to later versions?
I'm not sure. If I have the time, I'll work on porting everything in the future but as it stands, 1.20.1 is still the most popular modding version and the version I'll be sticking to.
-Will this mod be ported to previous versions?
Nope, sorry.
-Can I use this mod in a modpack or in a video?
Sure. I'd appreciate if you were to let me know if you do, but it's not required.
-What's planned for future versions?
Right now, a couple bosses are planned and some features like being able to aim down sights with sniper rifles, and potentially boss music.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge automatically, together with its dependencies: Caelus API, Geckolib, Patchouli, Curios API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.20.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file terramity-0.9.8-forge-1.20.1.jar (26 MB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Caelus API, Geckolib, Patchouli, Curios API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Terramity should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Forge
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.20.1.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.20.1 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Only Minecraft 1.20.1: there are no files for other versions.
Is Terramity for Forge or Fabric?
Only for Forge: 1.20.1. There are no files for Fabric or NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Terramity need to work?
Required: Caelus API, Geckolib, Patchouli, Curios API. Without them the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder.
Does Terramity work on a server?
Yes. Terramity works both in singleplayer and on a server.
Which Java does Terramity need?
Minecraft 1.20.1 runs on Java 17. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
