Lychee is a mod that allows you to define custom interactions using JSON recipes and datapack.
Currently, Lychee has support for the following recipe type (with full JEI/REI support!):
- Use or click on a block with item
- Item entity burning
- Item entity inside a specific block (for instance water)
- Anvil crafting
- Falling block crushing items or block
- Lightning channeling
- Item exploding
- Block exploding
- Random block ticking (No JEI/REI integration)
- Dripstone dripping
- Advanced shaped crafting
- Entity ticking (No JEI/REI integration)

Adding recipes
To create a new recipe that works in every world you create, you will need a datapack loader mod, such as OpenLoader.
Or you can add recipes using CraftTweaker or KubeJS.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.1–26.1.2 on Fabric or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.1.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file Lychee-mc26.1-Fabric-26.0.8.jar (948 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Lychee (Fabric) should be in the list.

Is Lychee (Fabric) for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.21.1–26.1.2 and for Quilt: 1.21.1–26.1.2. There are no files for Forge or NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
Does Lychee (Fabric) need other mods?
The author lists no required dependencies: the Fabric or Quilt loader is enough.
